Soo we had the holiday graze fest at work today, and I feel that overall I did pretty well! I enjoyed the food but didn't overindulge for me. It's been a while since I ate like that and probably will be a while before I do again. Also probably not going to eat dinner as I am still way full. Two years ago before I started this journey I would have just kept eating, today I was able to enjoy but not overdue. Yay for progress.
