New diet "rules":

1. Try to eat two eggs a day.
2. Lean meat is fine.
3. Try to keep the bulk of "meal" calories down to around 700 to 800 every day, but stuff like kombucha / cuties oranges / lean meat slices probably aren't going to hurt you even if you go up to maybe 1400 calories total.
4. Squares of "chocolove" chocolate make it easier to diet if you limit it to 1 or 2 little squares.
5. Try to go hungry (or hungryish) for a few hours to jump start metabolism into "hunting/gathering" mode. Don't starve yourself however coz that will just up cortisol eventually.
6. Spinach and sprouts / beans /squash/ soft orange and green veggies are great (For me). Be careful with bulkier vegetables like broccoli unless you chew well or drink a LOT of water. They clog me up.
