Starting over today, first day Atkins, Monday December 13, 2010, i think it will actually help getting me through the holiday season

My starting weight is 238.





Diet Calendar Entry for 13 December 2010:
1574 kcal Fat: 104.84g | Prot: 123.11g | Carb: 40.59g.   Breakfast: cheese, Atkins Advantage Milk Chocolate Delight Shake. Lunch: Snow or Sugar Snap Peas, Premium Select Chicken Leg Quarters. Dinner: asparagus, butter, brussel sprouts, ground beef, Cooked Cauliflower (from Fresh, Fat Not Added in Cooking). Snacks/Other: cheese, atkins peanut butter bar, cream cheese. more...
