Ohhhh.....I have ate too much today. Slightly over. I have joined a new challenge....Flat Belly Competition. One of the steps is to drink milk and have fruit at bedtime. I will need to "budget" for this. This challenge shows up under my challenges, but I am unable to submit a post. Says....."You must be a participant to post to this challenge". Has this happened to any one? I have wrote to FS asking. I hope I get a prompt response. This challenge includes hula hooping. I SO love to hoop!!!

Hi Pink Rose, I so know what you're feeling! I try to think about how I will feel later beforehand, but that is hard when you're facing strong temptations. Good luck with your Flat Belly Competition, sounds like fun! I hope your posting problem gets fixed very soon, that must be very frustrating. Have a great week, my friend.

Thank you! I hope you have a great week also! Unfortunately, I am unable to actually hoop and do the sit ups.....recovering from surgery....but I can do the other mini challenges and be in the cheering section!

I havn't hula hooped since I was like 8, LOL! I've had to favor one leg or the other due to knee &/or hip problems so much, I don't think I even have a "center of gravity" anymore. Maybe after my left hip replacement I can get my sense of balance back. I enjoy exercycling & watching videos. Our daughter just bought a new wide-screen TV & gave us their old one, & WOW what a difference in size & clarity of the picture. Now it's like I'm really there with whatever I'm watching. Cool! Makes exercycling even more fun.
