Christmas shopping and I was in a rush and ate a shrimp basket and french fries, ouch!! Now what was I thinking of? Have to be more careful when I am out.
192.6 lb Lost so far: 40.4 lb.    Still to go: 42.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
