After 2 days of being in bed, flat on my back sick and weighing in at 154 I'm losing again. And even feeling a teensy bit better today thanks to the beginning of a course of antibiotics...yay.
153.2 lb Lost so far: 3.3 lb.    Still to go: 13.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
