Up a pound today, but after looking back on what I ate yesterday, I'm thinking it is retention. Between sausage, ham, and dill pickles it doesn't surprise me. I am eating more now to avoid starvation mode, but still staying well within my RDI. I am doing well with weaning myself off pop, but still haven't gone to the gym yet....>:(
