Husbands Christmas Party was last night and I stayed on plan 100%. I even enjoyed 1 Rum and diet cola. I passed my baked potato to Art and I told the waitress no thanks to the desert. I was very pleased with myself. I have to confess though, when we got home I did enjoy 1 serving of my Sugar Free Russell Stover's Pecan Delights. I savored every last bite of it and without the guilt. Other than that not much going on. I'm watching my grandson right now so the kids could go do some Christmas shopping. He is really putting Nana through the paces today. He has not had a nap at all today and he is just wound for sound. Got to love the grand kids. I'm not quite looking forward to putting up the Christmas tree for fear he will have it on top of him. He is just into anything and everything. When Papa is watching TV, he changes the channel on him. When I am working on the Computer, he is after the keyboard and mouse all the time. HE SURE IS ALL BOY!!!! Oh well, sorry I didn't journal earier than now, but I've had my hands full.lol Sorry Isabel, I know you like to check journals in the mornings. I really need to get better at posting in the mornings again.:)

Hey, Laurie...we had 4 kids here last night...2,4,8,10 and it was wild...they REALLY liked the Christmas ornaments, especially the Wizard of Oz collectibles. LOL I figure though, if it gets broken, it's nothing but a thing and the joy in their faces while looking at the "pretties" is worth a touch or two! Glad that you are getting to spend some time with the little guy. I am having a problem with my cat using my tree skirt as a slip 'n' slide!!! He runs and hits the skirt and slides under the tree and across the floor!! I really need to video it and post it...he is hilarious. Of course when I try, he stops. Go figure.

Thank you Stef, I was proud too. Your cats sounds like so much fun. I wish you could get a video of that. We have a pug that likes to chase the light of a flashlight around on the floor. I've known of cats doing that, but a pug?lol While chasing it, she will even jump up in the air and twist around just like a cat. So glad your evening was a great one and I love your decorations.
