I may still be able to meet the carb limit challenge today. I am already at 15g sugar. This morning was my lowest calorie breakfast in a while. :) Besides that I am happy that I am generally doing well with protein intake. I am trying to eat to build muscle while I weight-train. I've been told that therefore I should aim to eat .5g of protein for every pound of weight. For simplicity's sake I am basing my goal as 80g protein. I have met that goal for the past three days, so now what remains is to do that with fewer calories and less carbs. :)

Diet Calendar Entries for 04 December 2010:
