For some reason, I have been skipping meals and not following the diet how I should. I think it is my sleep schedule (following my hubby's for work). I've not had breakfast most days and maybe lunch with a barely legal dinner. I really need to step up my workout too. I need to walk/run/weightlift more. The lbs. I lost during the detox have come back (only a few lbs. to begin with!). So here I am. I am trying, but suddenly I feel like I need a personal trainer to keep me motivated. And I have to stay off that terrible sleep schedule because it threw off everything I was doing well! :( I cannot say that I have given up or that I have lost sight of my goals...but I would feel much more driven if my body would cooperate and show me some change.
Kind of tired of not seeing change...
