Thanksgiving, even if I tried to make the meal as healthy as possible, totally ruined the few pounds of weight loss I had under my belt after the Fat Smash detox. My husband lost over 10 lbs. while I lost only a few. Maybe I shouldn't have eaten leftovers for the past two days...but I don't like to be wasteful. All of the small dishes I made to accompany the turkey are gone now (a few slices of the small turkey are left). I guess as the weather gets colder and rainier, I have to step up my game and really start moving. Because this reverse gaining thing is not fun. :(
