Day 5, Week 3 Holiday Cruise to Lose!

Good Morning morning all you lovely, wonderful, BEAUTIFUL, health-minded Fat Secret Peoples!


No time to do anything extensive. I may write more later today.


Old Man Scale: Still holding at 240.5 which is better than expected since I went over on y calories again. I could nto help it that Rotisserie chicken was sooo good I went back for another helping :) At least I got me veggies in :)


Holiday Challenges Goals:
Floor goal: Maintain at 240 (It IS the holidays)
Midrange goal: lose 4.5 to 235
Ceiling goal: 230 by December 25th!! 36.5 from when I first started watching and 9.5 from now!

Aren't you just glad, that we just eat more on the holidays? How bad would it be, if we ate that way ALL YEAR? OMG, we'd all weigh over 1.000 pounds and Richard Simmons would be beating on our doors.

I wouldn't worry about an extra serving of rotisserie chicken. It's not like it was deep fried or anything. Good luck with your holiday goals.

Look at it like this...your eating more healthy now then you did several months ago...and your also exercising which burns off them nasty old calories...so having an extra helping isnt gonna turn to fat like it once did...because now your into a healthier lifestyle of eating right, an exercising it off thru out the day !!!
