Oh man.....not drinking the water like I should......weighing in at WW........

I have an app on my phone that reminds me to drink water, and keeps me on track with what I should be doing. It surly helps as I was terrible about drinking water.

I used to be a Diet Center counselor and I would advise my clients to take a lemon or lime, whichever they preferred (those were 'free' foods and didn't have to be counted as one of their fruits as an orange would have) and cut it into eight slices or wedges, and put them in a saucer on their kitchen counter. Whenever they would fix a glass of water, they were supposed to squeeze in one piece of fruit and when the fruit was all gone, they'd know they had their minimum eight glasses that day. (Keeping it on the counter instead of the fridge reminded them more often.) I have no trouble drinking water but I still use lemon in mine just because I love the taste .

The more water you drink it helps your brain or something to remind you to drink water. I have improved a lot but the app on my phone does help me still. I also put lemon in the water it seems to help give it some flavor, and stevia to sweeten.
