Pretty impressed by the weight loss today, but also convinced its a decpetive one which means all it was was I was dehydrated but of course I can't check that because I didn't ge tmy print out. So lets just take it at face value. It does however mean I'm only 1 1/2 lb from my mini target of 180lbs so even if its half a pound out thats still good. So into another week.
