There are many brands out there. Some even contain higher grams of protein then others. Voskos, Chobani, Oikos, and Dannon. Do yourself a favor and pick one that doesn't use high fructose corn syrup. Chobani is pretty good.

Sugar is an issue, but you don't want hfcs. It's a GMO and not natural. No matter what anyone tells you. I'd rather have pure sugar vs the hfcs.
