In Texas...just found Dannon light and fit Greek yogurt!!! Will help with protein needs plus I get to add more protein options this week. Everything is looking up!!

There are many brands out there. Some even contain higher grams of protein then others. Voskos, Chobani, Oikos, and Dannon. Do yourself a favor and pick one that doesn't use high fructose corn syrup. Chobani is pretty good. Keep up the good work.

You are right...I forgot to check the sugar content!!! Duh!

Sugar is an issue, but you don't want hfcs. It's a GMO and not natural. No matter what anyone tells you. I'd rather have pure sugar vs the hfcs.
