aggie95's Journal, 29 October 2013

I was doing so good yesterday for eating and then I blew it by eating at first 5 cheeseys and then another five and then I gave up and finished the bag off. Luckily for me the bag was almost empty. Still, 300 calories later! Well, that won't happen tonight as I don't have any more in the house to eat!!! They wouldn't have been in the house to begin with either but my sister babysat for us on Saturday night and brought the bag over. I tried to send the bag home with her but she forgot to take it!!! And normally I have willpower to stay away from that stuff. Sigh!

Don't beat yourself up too hard today is a new day and one hiccup won't blow all your hard work and progress! You'll probably run that off at lunch today :)

Those things happen. But as time goes on, they happen less and less PLUS you now know how to handle the aftermath. Onward and downward!!!
