Lookin' good, Glenn! Glad you finally posted a pic! I'm back on induction too to try to get rid of the Thanksgiving feast! Good job getting out for a walk even though it was cold! :)

Thanks for the compliments. I was a nerdy kid so it always helps to hear a compliment from women. I look a bit angry in the photo but I'm not - I'm just squinting from the sunlight. My face is puffy still from the weight, so I have some more to lose. I was VERY thin when young. I figured out - with my brother-in-law's showing me how - how to put photos in sites. I'll get one of me standing where I look even better I think as it shows how tall I am. Both my parents were good-looking when they got together as teenagers so I have them to thank for being OK looking. I'll put some photos in the photo sites. Maybe tonight or tomorrow. I want to go for a walk but it's cold and cloudy too. I've heard it said Massachusetts isn't a good place to live. It is a beautiful place. Cape Cod is tremendous on the coast. I'm in a river valley surrounded by beautiful hills - we're at the foothills of the Berkshires. They're not tall mountains off to the west, but beautiful to drive through. I'm doing well on my diet.. :)

Good to SEE you Glenn! I'm glad you learned how to post photos. :) It's always good to put a face with a name. You've been a cartoon apple for too long. LOL. I don't think your face looks puffy. I think you're too hard on yourself. Also, you seem well-dressed (from the coat and shirt you seem to be wearing in the photo) and women are going to appreciate that. Good luck on the dating sites. Don't be afraid to show your nerdy side. Be yourself. Oh, and keep us updated. :)

Thanks sara - I feel it looks puffy as I see photos of me when young. I have some photos my sister took but she fixed me collar - NOT - and the collar looks unkempt in some of the full body length shots but I'll use them on the dating sites. The nerdy side of me is confined now to being obsessive about writing and researching, dieting, reading and watching soap operas in English and translating the telenovelas (Spanish soap operas) by reading the closed captioning into English I can understand. I think when I turned about nineteen and started dating the nerdy side went for the most part in many ways. Except for many of the intellectual pursuits. And I enjoy woman's company, and can't wait to meet the right woman soon - it may take a while. A lot of people are highly critical of me for a variety of reasons. When very thin I was just a jeans and Tee shirt guy. I'm learning to dress better. I think the right woman is in my future in the next few years. I'm going to stay here unless I get published. Then I may move to a warmer climate once able. Went out with my dad this evening. He bought a lot of sugary foods - cakes and stuff. I passed as I told him I don't eat sugar any more to maintain and to try to lose a little more weight. He's border-line obese. Oh well - we can't tell others what to eat. Happy dieting everyone!
