smartin585's Journal, 27 October 2013

Feel dizzy and light headed today...wonder if that is a side effect of coming of HCG. I'm down to 223.2...I know my weight history is going to be all screwy for the next three weeks so please bare with me. I have to weigh everyday for this stabilization or I wouldn't bother. I just hope eating more calories and different foods isn't going to make it go way up.

Well I just finished making the frittata, I made a few adjustments to it and hope it tastes good...I did burn the bacon a bit..sigh

I"m a very visual person so I will probably be overloading you guys with photos now that I figure out how to do it.

Here is a picture of it...at least it looks pretty

That looks great! Don't stress about it going up a bit, your body is going to be hoarding what you eat since your calorie intake was so low. It will all even out:)

Here is a link to what HCG is... http://hcgdietinfo.com/HCG-Weight-Loss-FAQ.htm ... because all I got to say is it is EVIL. Wayne..you want me to mail you some? Not sure how it will taste when it gets there. I wish the group of us lived closer together...then we could have healthy Sunday brunches and talk the trash we talk online face to face ;)

Yeah, would probably be ice cold and pretty nasty by the time it got here. Enjoy a few bites for me! lol

It is absolutely illegal to post pictures of delicious foods prepared by members of FS. LOL. That looks delicious and costly calorie wise. Will take 10 days of walking to burn off!! Enjoy

If you look at my diet journal you can see that it is less than 300 calories a serving and high in fat, moderate in protein, and low in carbs...all following the Keto diet ;) As long as one doesn't eat the whole thing in one sitting...it is all good. Plus it isn't processed...no hidden sugars or starches.
