This weekend turned out very bad... very bad... so I compensated by eating an huge bowl of Peanut Butter Ice Cream.

Awww I am so very sorry *hugs* I hope you are able to put it behind you and continue on the diet. I went over my caloric intake last night and I wasn't too happy with myself.
