I'm a little discouraged (okay, I'm a lot discouraged!).
I have been keeping track of what I eat each day for the past few weeks, not making any adjustments for "popper diet" or anything like that. I just wanted to get a feel for what my typical day is like.
According to this program, I eat fewer calories than I expend on a daily basis. Again, that's without "trying"
So why is it I'm gaining weight? Why can't I be skinny again, like I was a year or so ago?
Bah...

This weekend I threw a party at my house and invited a bunch of ladies over for a Craft Night. So I threw caution to the wind and did not even pay attention to what I was eating or drinking!
I'm sure I went way over my dietary budget... but I don't care. I had fun, and that was the whole point. Today I'll get back on the wagon and proceed from there.

found a set of scales this weekend so now know my actual weight... I suppose that's a good thing.
