On day 3 of Atkins diet. Feeling tired and sluggish. Haven't been able to add exercise to my diet yet. Not feeling hungry or missing the carbs yet which is good.
258.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 93.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

Otherwise known as the "Atkins flu". Drink beef broth. The sodium and protein will help to level you out until your body adjusts.

Thank you for the help! I did just start adding a multi-vitamin and fish oil today. I will say that today as the day goes on I feel much better! I am hoping that is the trick!
