Otherwise known as the "Atkins flu". Drink beef broth. The sodium and protein will help to level you out until your body adjusts.

Thank you for the help! I did just start adding a multi-vitamin and fish oil today. I will say that today as the day goes on I feel much better! I am hoping that is the trick!
