I stand in awe of how your body drops weight so fast but then it went on fast and I predicted you would drop it quick. Lucky bugger. Though I know it isn't luck, you are working it and exercising but I can still be envious, right?

LOLOL! That's so true... Curse and blessing both. I have the same. As long as I'm working it, it is a blessing. GREAT WORK, DL! You're doing great.

I know what you mean, DL. There's a frame of mind you were in, during that first 100. I bet you have to try and get back to that, if you can. If it helps, I'm there now. I can tell you my frame of mind, maybe that's where you were. For me, right now, it's a strong drive, not exactly frantic, but a certain urgency in getting to my goals. Committed is definitely the word for me. I beat myself up over an ice cream or a bag of Cheetos, but those are the biggest incursions I've made. Anyway, I don't know if any of that brings back memories of how you felt during your first 100, but hopefully it helps. BEST WISHES, DL!
