I did not have a strong weekend, nor a strong day today. I know it is not my weigh in day, so I might have been down by Tuesday AM, but since I was already at the doctor's office and don't feel like weighing in this AM (I am recording this Tuesday) there it is.

Life will go on, it will get better, easier, more second nature, but it is what it is right now. Blah!

I did my stretches twice, but I need to get them done more often so I can jump back into Yoga. I also need to get to the Y and use the membership I am paying for!

Are you using the same scale? Your doctor's office scale and your scale at home may weigh slightly different. You should always weigh in on the same scale on the same time of day. Your weight will fluctuate (sometimes as much as 5 lbs!!) thoughout the day. Stick with it, hon!! You can do this!

Paige is right. Just do your weekly weighin and ignore the scale in the doctor's office. You can only judge yourself against that as it's your baseline. Additionally, time of day is so important for weight measurement. I weigh in the same time each Sunday morning as I know how much my own can change just with a few glasses of water in me.
