I'm the eternal YOYO of dieting. My weight can fluctuate as much as 150 lbs in a year (no kidding). It seems the only way to for me to stay in shape is constant exercise and diet. While I haven't tried every new age method out there, I have tried being a vegan and reversed course and tried Atkins.
I'm 40 now and know that the weight will be even more difficult to lose so I've doubled my exercise routine to 3hrs cardio a day and went full force Atkins once again. Hoping that these changes as well as the community support here online will get me back to my goal and keep me there. Any advice or comments are always welcome.
