Feeling really down! I dnt know what's going on w my hip but I am getting really bad sharp pains running down my leg from my hip, n it literally brings me off my feet. The bad part is it is effecting my exercise program I got going on. Feeling depressed about tht.

Okay... Not to worry about the exercising at this point. The hip and leg. Keep a close eye on it for the next few days. Heating Pad. Maybe a hot bath with epsom salts. If it doesn't get any better in the next couple of days, doctor time. But considering the extent of your exercise, you may have pulled a tendon. Go easy on it.

Thanx ClassicRocker I really am in pain. At this point its doctor time for me. I would've went 2day but the holiday stopped me doctor wasn't in. It was so bad this morning that I would've went to the emergency room but I didn't cause I had to do laundry for the kids Smh. But 2morrow I am going to doctor.
