After doing so well, I ended up having a bacon cheeseburger, fries, and a coke from burger king...let me tell you I felt gross afterwards. Lesson learned! I have no desire to do that again.

There's nothing wrong with having a cheeseburger, ff and coke from BK once and while. But it can upset the stomach. I love going to Panera Bread. I look up the nutritional information before I go and plan for it. So good and healthy too.

Nodding - I felt the same the first time I gave into my craving for a Whataburger & Fries ... like .. 'gah... I've been dying for THIS? Thank you... but no thank you.' By it tasting badly you know what you're doing is working for the better. Good for you.
