Today I did a little over 500 cals on the Elliptical. A total of 70 sit ups. I use an app so this is over a period of about 10-15 min. and 15 push ups also an app. I'm sure that if I can keep this up I'll cut the 10 lbs and reach my goal of 134 by Nov 15th.
