So far this year I have pretty much maintained my weight at 145ish. Last christmas I was over my max weight limit of 152. I've pretty much cut out fast food and soda. I would like to try and lose 10 lbs by NOV 4th. as that is when my next physical assement is. Also by that time I want to be able to burn 150 cal on the Elliptical in 12min do 60 sit-ups and 25push ups.
