So in addition to not getting off my butt last week, I also made some delicious soups using that real chicken broth - not necessarily low in sodium so maybe some of this is water weight. I think i'll go back to weighing every day. Or maybe not. Is a daily let-down better than a weekly grand disappointment?! At the end of the day, it really is calories that count. Dr. Pat told me about a guy who put himself on a 1600 calorie diet of pure junk food and lost weight. I love that I am eating healthy. Just astounds me how little I need to eat to maintain what I am.
