shocked again at the lack of weight loss and I was so strict but satisfied with my diet. I wasn't strict with my exercise. Let work take over and face it. I've never been an exerciser. Well, looks like I need to find the same motivation that got me down 47 pounds for exercising. Or I will be at this weight for a long time. On the positive side, I am losing a half pound a week!
169.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
gaining 0.2 lb a week

You can do it just keep on going with those good decisions. maybe reduce your carbs a bit thats what im trying to do i mean to do twenty most days or under twenty five but i have been ending up at thirty or forty which isn't horrible but it definitely isn't losing numbers. i am starting to walk but only like once or twice a week however i think most of the time it's diet that holds you back. sounds like your doing good though. good job.we'll both keep on going and get to our goal. p.s. if your on your last ten pounds or something it could naturally take longer.
