I've been good for 2 days in a row. I ate under 1500 calories, I worked out for at least 30 minutes, and I didn't steal any candy from small children or lick any of hubbies ice cream containers. I'm on a roll! I just have to make sure I stay rolling. In an effort to stay rolling, or running around on treadmills and elipticals I've set a goal for myself to weigh 165 by the end of October. I can do it so long as I don't start slipping up or go on a binge fest. All I have to do is stay motivated and stay on plan.

That's all I've got. Little man was up at 5AM again this morning. Why? No clue. All I know is little sleep + trying to cut down on coffee = brain dead.
