i have not been the least bit motivated here lately until this morning when i saw where bethru hit her goal,and unbeknownst to her she pushed me all the way up and all the way down my stairs today for 30 minutes straight.i felt soooo much better when i finished!!!i have found an awesome alternative to my daily walks down the road now that it's cold out.thank you so much beth!!!!

Good for you, girl! I need to try the stairs @ home again! I did them months ago for exercise & talk about a workout! WHEW! ;)
