Decided that I would stop saying I want to lose weight and say something like...I want to weigh 199 pounds for my first goal. Next goal would be to not be morbitly obese. Goal after that...not obese. Goal after that...within 40 pounds of my goal weight of 130. Next goal...to be 30 pounds of my goal weight. Next goal...to be 20 pounds of my goal weight...etc. Until I reach my goal of 130 pounds. Still heavy for my height. Can change goal weight after reaching 130 pounds. No excuses for me. I'll do this with God's help. All of you are in my thoughts and prayers for your successes too. We Can Do It With God's Help!!!
