a busy day I did not expect! Too much unexpectedness is not good for me yet. Gotta plan for it. Even tho I doubled my fat intake today,this 3rd day of my journey (food wise) is better than my 1st day!!! :)
Tomorrow's another day ....the weather outside is beautiful....& Im still feelin' good!

It's great you are making progress but you are right, planning will be a major benefit. It helps us avoid bad decisions that can add up. I have been eating healthy lately and I want to continue that but next week I have to complete at least(3)30 minute exercise routines. So I will go to sleep earlier and wake up ealier (at leasts that's the plan) What do you want to do next week that you did not do this week?

GROCERY SHOP! My father-in-law has asked us to move in w/him (he has fell a couple times & injured himself) & I have gone thru his food stock (mainly prepackaged & processed) & cant wait to start eating the way I want/need to. Also I just brought my hand weights & mini trampoline over & will begin strength training (it will be good for him too). I have been going to bed by 11pm & waking by 7/7:30 to be active. I've made a schedule to fit in morning,afternoon & evening exercise along w/housework,yard work & desk work (my husband & I both work for ourselves)plus I have set aside time for my spiritual pursuits & recreation! Being so busy should zoooom me right to my goal weight!

Sounds like you got it all covered!! Your Father in law will surely benefit by eating better too!!! Sometimes we can't always plan for the surprises we get, but having a plan for the rest of the time is great!!

I agree,in fact been playing on my computer in order to learn what I'm doin' here & I've figured out that I love the Diet Calender :) What an encouragement! The results shown there are from what I ate & what activity I did for the week...only 1 day did I eat more than I burned off & most days(altho I'm over my RDI) I cut my fat intake by HALF! I'm so pumped by this informative tool at my disposal. What excites you about your progress?
