Day 2 of kicking my on butt and great to see I still fat like a tub o lard. Nothing seems to look any different I burned almost 1000 cal yesterday and today 850 so far, still have another 1hour workout with trainer to go. I just wish I could see something different, I know high expectations for only a second day but I am very impatient. Jeez this is going to be a loooong process.
