So I haven't been logging, well there are reason's and this time is a good one. I had company in town and a very stressful three weeks. So time to start again seeing as I gained several pounds due to stress eating, eating out and drinking. I had done Insanity this spring and lost some weight before a trip to Jamaica-it was not my perfect body I wanted but definitely better than it is now. So time to begin again!
