I am 31 with a 2 1/2 yo boy. Before him I worked out regularly and ran almost everyday, I was 140lbs and pretty fit for my body type. While I was pregnant with him I gained 70lbs. Within the first 4 months I lost 40of those lbs and I have been in the range of 158-170 since. I workout with a trainer twice a week and workout videos, Wii exercise game or run sometimes in between. I did not really change my eating or drinking and I did not lose that much and my body was tightening up some, but not to where I wanted and it took two years to get there. It was a long and frustrating two years and I am trying to start new with changing my food and drinking. Carbs have always been my problem and several times I tried Seattle Sutton and lost nothing. So now is portion control and less sodium. We will see how it goes and how much I cry. I use to love to exercise because I saw results now I dread it because I see nothing. So let the games begin and see how bad it really can get.
