I love Beachbody Insanity workouts. The way the workouts kick into high gear right at the start really makes for a good start of the day. With the Ab Ripper X from P90X mixed in, it makes a really really good workout.

Diet Calendar Entries for 09 November 2010:

Nice job. I have to agree that I like ABX better then Insanity's Ab program.

Can someone help me decide how to enter Insanity workouts into the exercise calendar? I have been using "Heavy Calisthenics", because that is what it seems closest to. Any suggestions? The calorie burned level does not seem high enough for conditioning exercise... but my Heart Rate Monitor/Calorie Counter does not get here until Friday :-)
