Weighed in this morning and I am 7.8 lbs lighter than I was two days ago. I'm sure it's my body getting rid of all the extra water weight. (Or my scale is playing games with me...) Both today and two days ago, I weighed myself three times and got the same numbers, so I'm pretty confident my scale is working. I guess 7 lbs of water is 7 lbs I don't have to carry. However, I would much rather it be FAT that is disappearing! ;-)

I'm still feeling really tired and having a few headaches. I guess this is what they call the "Atkins Flu." I made sure to drink some broth for the extra sodium. I know it will pass and I'll be feeling great soon!
