I have never been skinny. Ever. I have been in far better shape than I am in now, but I have never been one of those "skinny girls." I started following the Atkins diet in September 2012 and by June 2013, I had lost 69 of my 100 lbs to lose. After a hard summer full of traveling and relaxing a little too much, I gained back 28. I am restarting now (September 2013) in hopes to get back on track quickly and make it to my ultimate goal of losing 100 lbs!
