Today I am feeling stressed. I have several projects due at work. When I think about how many things I have due in the next two weeks, it makes me want to shut down. I have something that has a deadline today. I haven't even started it yet. I absolutely must complete it today.

I am skipping weighing today. For me, weighing every day can be discouraging. I tend to stay on track better if I only weigh a few times a week so that I can see drops in weight. I would really like to be down to 215 by Oct 1st. I know that is a pretty optimistic goal. I will likely need to step up my workouts to possibly two per day to achieve it. Perhaps I will start by walking in the mornings and then do zumba in the evenings. I'm not sure. However, today I must focus on getting the project that is due completed. I am really annoyed with myself that I did not complete it sooner.

Well, I am off to work now.

Hey 2MC, I know what you mean about the stress!! Makes you want to throw your arms in the air and just say the heck with it! Lavender211 is right about the Tai Chi classes. I used to teach them a while ago. I am guilty by not doing the exercise every day. It is really great to relieve stress. The movements are purposeful and slow. It helps you to relax. I had a CD that I used to play during the class, and it also helped to relax you. What I taught was for people with arthritis, so there weren't any big sweeping movements. I hope your day gets better.
