Mini goals are the way to go...so for my first one listed on this site...5lbs by Thanksgiving....i think once I acheive this, it will help motivate me to stay on track during the Holiday weekend!

I am heading to North Carolina for Thanksgiving where their is a full celebration ALL weekend usally 40 - 50 at the house and no less than 5 turkeys on Thanksgiving alone (they typically deep fry at least 3). I am hoping to help myself out by contributing some of my own recipes and preparing some easy healthy snack options...avoid the chili cheese dip and stuffing and I should be OK!

Diet Calendar Entries for 04 November 2010:
