** I did not work out. I felt tired from sitting in on a Db meeting that I didn't have much involvement in. When I left work I really didn't feel like working out. No energy

** I did not work out. I used this day to cook meals for the week, clean, shop and wash my hair. I spent hours on my feet in the kitchen cooking; 2lbs of Turkey Bacon, Turkey Kielbasa, Turkey Muffins, and a Turkey stir fry. I prepared grapes as well
