Hi, so happy that you are finally seeing 149. I know how frustrating this is and has been. Loved your journal yesterday, how nice to hear your DH sing. And how nice to enjoy the simple pleasure of his company going to Lowes. It's the simple pleasures of life isn't it? I see my DH at supper every night but we are still with his mum for dinner so we seldom get 'alone' time when we aren't both too exhausted to care :) Thank you so much for your encouragement and understanding on my journal. I know you appreciate the frustrations of this. It is so damn slow sometimes. But 1 lb a week really is okay. Some weeks it doesn't drop then it's more when it does drop. And really my clothes fit good, I look much better but it's so hard to find that 'enough'. Anyway, we are both doing well and I am delighted for you to see 149. I can only imagine. I doubt I will ever get there. Heck I would be have with 185 right now :) Have an awesome day.

Issy, you will get to wherever you want to be....taking one day at a time, putting one foot in front of the other. Just look at how far you've come already. Hope you had a great day.
