I have been doing a lot of research lately on RDI, and it is my belief that, according to the activity levels described here at FatSecret, they are too high. I adjusted my RDI to a level less active than what is described, as all of the sites I have visited calculate a lower RDI than here. I was really wondering about my stasis in weight loss, and this is a working theory. I will let you all know how it turns out! Below is a link to manually determine one's RDI. I thought it was interesting.
