We had a wonderful vacation in San Diego and experienced some wonderful food...fish tacos, dim sum, crepes and french toast made with jalepeno cheesy bread and duck eggs.

Now I am having a little struggle controlling the carbs so I am renewing my commitment today to stick with what I know works and have pre-entered my planned meals for the day.

Here's to the journey!

Ahh, that is often the biggest problem when we deviate and eat more carbs than our bodies like. But, I am quite sure that you will be back on track before you know it. Just stick with it, and in a few days the cravings and urges to eat those things will be gone.

Well it's a good thing this is all behind you. Now all you have left is all the time you need to dedicate yourself to this WOE. Be gentle with yourself the next few days while you detox. Best wishes!
