I have been doing well and have been losing weight. I hope to be able to get some exercise in the pool when I go for physical therapy on my knee. It is not going to help the knee but it will keep it going until I can have it replaced. Today I had a craving for apple pie. I did not want to get a whole pie so I bought Pepperidge Farms apple turnover. It was 260 calories for one. I know it is better to have a little bit of something you crave other than going without. So I had that and then a salad for supper. Salad had romaine lettuce, grape tomatoes, celery, small block of cheddar cheese, carrots and low fat ranch dressing. I even have calories left to have a snack tonight. I no longer have the craving for apple pie.

Thanks. I got a prescription for 60 days at the local gym run by my hospital. So I will do my knee exercises and be able to swim for exercise and hopefully be able to lose more.

I loooooove Swimming! Its great. ;_) go go go! have fun. Swimming with the family is the best though.

I'm taking metformin for the PCOS and its a med for type II diabetes patients. :) It helps me break down my sugar. :) helps with the weight too I feel. ;)

For the summer I have been eating a lot of salads. Now that the colder weather is coming I think I will switch to vegetable soup. I am not crazy about vegetables so getting them in salads and soups helps.
