Started a personal September challenge just for me. It will be a challenge. For goodness sake (and decreasing my fat cells and ever growing belly), I had confidence in my abilities to ride a bike on a public road yesterday and not injure myself or others....and not having ridden a bike in over 13 years, that didn't stop me! I can do anything. By simply believing--genuine belief--I can do it. Have faith in myself. My brother has always eaten and worked out. He has confidence in me and encourages me to get outside and run, walk, go for a bike ride. Just do it. I am practicing acting on his advice more often.
