For a nice mix of protein, fat and carbs, do 1 scoop of GNC whey protein in your shaker bottle, top off with 2 tablespoons of cold pressed extra virgin olive oil. Add water and ice and shake it up. The oil adds a little mouth feel but no real taste. It mixes easier and adds some high quality fat. Works great when you don't have time to cook eggs for breakfast.
192.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
