Wow. Talk about being STUCK! I think I was at 47lbs down for like six WEEKS.....sheesh. But I finally broke through that barrier and am proud to say I am now at 48lbs down! Also I've been walking faster and/or longer. Last night, I did three miles in 55 minutes. On September 28th, I'll have been at this for one year.....sure is passing quickly. I still hope to be down my full 60 lbs by then, but 55 might be more realistic.....time alone will tell. Hope everybody has a good week!
